U.S. Delivery Policy 


At Wood Fire Home, we're committed to a seamless shopping experience for all U.S. customers. All orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based supplier partners and shipped directly to you. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 


Delivery Timeframe:

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary by supplier — warehouse-stocked items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items, such as Fire Pit Art pieces crafted in their workshop, may take up to 2 weeks before shipping, with delivery within 3 weeks of purchase.

 


Shipping Cost:

Free on all domestic U.S. orders. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

 


Order Tracking: 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Modifications & Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

 


Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
