These logs are modeled after a scrub oak struck by lightning on the Red Vermillion Cliffs of Arizona in the 1980s. The strike left bulges, twisting, and deep cracking through the wood, and the whole set is cast from that one tree. Each log is individually cast and hand painted in high-temperature concrete with a ceramic refractory face and stainless steel fiber mesh reinforcement.

FIREBOX SIZING
Minimum firebox dimensions for a gas log installation are set by the burner, not by the log set. Match this 18" set to an 18" Grand Canyon 2-burner or 3-burner, then check that burner's published minimums against your firebox. The 3-burner requires more opening height than the 2-burner in the same width, so confirm height before choosing.
This is a front-view set. If your fireplace is open on two sides, Grand Canyon builds dedicated see-through log sets under separate model numbers, and a front-view set will not present correctly in a see-through opening.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE
Grand Canyon rates its vented log sets for either indoor or outdoor installation. The warranty term differs by application: lifetime indoors, five years outdoors. If you are building an outdoor fireplace, pair these logs with a 304 stainless steel -SS burner rather than a standard indoor burner, since the burner itself carries different ratings for exterior use.

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based supplier partners and shipped directly to customers. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

That's why we ensure that your order is promptly processed, packaged and dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery times vary, but on average you should expect your delivery to land within 10 days of dispatch.
Processing Time:
Once you place an order, our team will work diligently to process it as quickly as possible. The processing time may vary depending on the specific product and supplier. However, on average, you can expect your order to be processed within the first business day.
Shipping Time:
The shipping time for your order will depend on your location. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure that your products are delivered safely and efficiently, and we hold ourselves responsible for this process being seen through. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, whatever its size or weight. There are no additional charges or hidden fees. The price you see on our website is the final price you pay.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Simply visit our website and enter the tracking number in the designated tracking tool.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Damage on Delivery and Returns:
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. If the carton or product shows visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day. Concealed damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Wrong items or missing parts must be reported within 14 days, and unused items can be returned within 30 days. Return & Refund Policy
Every Wood Fire Home order ships direct from the manufacturer or distributor to your door. This policy explains what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong, and what you can return if you change your mind.
1. Damage you can see on delivery
Inspect the carton and the product before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day at support@woodfirehome.com. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. Please note that if you sign for a visibly damaged delivery, the carrier will usually reject the claim, and freight damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Concealed damage or defects
If you find damage inside the packaging, or a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or give you a full refund. You pay nothing.
3. Wrong item, missing parts, or not as described
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or missing parts, or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Change of mind
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization, as returns sent without one cannot be accepted. You pay the return freight, and we refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
5. Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed, connected to gas or power, or used
- Special-order, made-to-order and custom-finish items (for example powder-coated fire pits and special-order fireplaces). These are marked on the product page.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
After the return window
Faults that appear after these windows are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help you file the claim with the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, or a returned item has been received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
