Majestic 48" Lanai Outdoor Linear Gas Fireplace - ODLANAIG-48
The Lanai 48" is Majestic's 48" outdoor linear gas fireplace — a weather-rated unit built for permanent patio and landscape installation, with a 48" linear flame for outdoor entertaining spaces. It is certified for outdoor use and suits covered patios and screened Florida lanais that meet the manual's open-air rules (see below). The clean-face construction is compatible with the ODLANAIG-48CFT Clean Face Trim for a fully frameless look. It ships set up for natural gas; propane installations need the LPK-ODLANAIG48 conversion kit, sold separately. The optional ODLANAIG-48SCN framed screen barrier keeps leaves, sticks and other debris out of the firebox when the unit isn't in use.

Where it can go
- Screened lanais and covered patios: with a roof and three walls, at least 30% of the perimeter must stay permanently open. Screened sides count as open only with standard 14x18 or 16x18 mesh. The manual says: "DO NOT use solar screen or no-see-um screen."
- Overhead clearance: 39" minimum to a ceiling or overhang, 60" below vinyl soffits and electrical service, and 72" under a vinyl or composite overhang.
- Drainage: the unit is built for rain but is not waterproof — the enclosure must let water drain away, with a recommended slope of 1/4" per foot toward the drain ports. An optional drain pan (ODLANAIG-48DP) is available; contact us to order one.
- Altitude: above 2,000 ft, input is reduced 4% per 1,000 ft (relevant for northern Arizona and New Mexico).

Outdoor Lifestyles Limited Warranty from Hearth & Home Technologies: limited lifetime on the body, metal firebox and heat exchanger; one year on gas and electrical components, glass, accessories and warranty labour, from the date of installation. It excludes damage from prolonged dampness, condensation, ice or snow, so install with proper drainage and keep the firebox clear of standing water.

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based supplier partners and shipped directly to customers. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery times vary, but on average you should expect your delivery to land within 10 days of dispatch.

Shipping Time:

Damage on Delivery and Returns:
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. If the carton or product shows visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day. Concealed damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Wrong items or missing parts must be reported within 14 days, and unused items can be returned within 30 days. Return & Refund Policy
Every Wood Fire Home order ships direct from the manufacturer or distributor to your door. This policy explains what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong, and what you can return if you change your mind.
1. Damage you can see on delivery
Inspect the carton and the product before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day at support@woodfirehome.com. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. Please note that if you sign for a visibly damaged delivery, the carrier will usually reject the claim, and freight damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Concealed damage or defects
If you find damage inside the packaging, or a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or give you a full refund. You pay nothing.
3. Wrong item, missing parts, or not as described
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or missing parts, or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Change of mind
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization, as returns sent without one cannot be accepted. You pay the return freight, and we refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
5. Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed, connected to gas or power, or used
- Special-order, made-to-order and custom-finish items (for example powder-coated fire pits and special-order fireplaces). These are marked on the product page.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
After the return window
Faults that appear after these windows are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help you file the claim with the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, or a returned item has been received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
