Primo Oval LG 300 Ceramic Kamado Grill by Primo
The Oval LG 300 is Primo's mid-size kamado and the one most backyard cooks end up on. The patented oval shape gives you a 15" x 22" cooking grid, which is wide enough to run two zones at once - coals on one side for searing, the other side banked for indirect roasting - something a round kamado cannot do. The thick ceramic body holds heat and moisture, so it will smoke low all day on one load of lump charcoal or climb past 750°F for pizza. What is included
This listing is the grill head only, with reversible cooking grates, cast iron top vent, stainless steel draft door and dome thermometer. The grill needs a base. Pair it with the Primo cart base with basket for a mobile set-up, or drop it into a countertop or Primo table.
Clearances
Primo asks for a minimum of 2" of clearance around the exterior of the grill and 12" behind it for the dome to open. Keep the grill off wooden decking unless it sits in a cart or on a non-combustible base.

Warranty
Primo covers the ceramic body for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Metal parts (excluding cast iron) are covered for 5 years; cast iron parts, valves, knobs and accessories for 1 year; the thermometer and felt gaskets for 30 days. Coverage is repair or replacement of parts Primo finds defective under normal use, and does not include labour.
REMEMBER
- Inspect the shipment before signing. If the carton or grill shows visible damage, refuse delivery - a refused shipment is a freight claim, while a signed-for damaged unit is not covered by warranty
- Ceramic grills are heavy. Have a second person on hand and set it on a Primo cart, cradle or table rated for the grill
- Keep at least 2" of clearance around the grill and 12" behind it so the dome can open fully

Damage on Delivery and Returns:
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it. If the carton or product shows visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day. Concealed damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Wrong items or missing parts must be reported within 14 days, and unused items can be returned within 30 days. Return & Refund Policy
Every Wood Fire Home order ships direct from the manufacturer or distributor to your door. This policy explains what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong, and what you can return if you change your mind.
1. Damage you can see on delivery
Inspect the carton and the product before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day at support@woodfirehome.com. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. Please note that if you sign for a visibly damaged delivery, the carrier will usually reject the claim, and freight damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Concealed damage or defects
If you find damage inside the packaging, or a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or give you a full refund. You pay nothing.
3. Wrong item, missing parts, or not as described
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or missing parts, or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Change of mind
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Contact us first for a return authorization, as returns sent without one cannot be accepted. You pay the return freight, and we refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
5. Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed, connected to gas or power, or used
- Special-order, made-to-order and custom-finish items (for example powder-coated fire pits and special-order fireplaces). These are marked on the product page.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
After the return window
Faults that appear after these windows are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help you file the claim with the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, or a returned item has been received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
